Ivy Collective was created by a group of Okanagan College Enactus students who believe in supporting youth innovative connection events. 

Ivy Collective is an initiative that provides free workshops to immigrant and refugee youth on essential career and job skills. We believe that there is strength in diversity, and our program can provide a warm, encouraging environment for immigrant and refugee youth to build their skills and confidence. We want everyone coming to Canada to be able to navigate any barriers and feel comfortable entering the workforce or creating a career of their own.
